HQ to publish new Tom Daley fitness book

Gold-medalist Olympic Diver Tom Daley, who soared to fame after appearing in the Beijing Olympics at the age of fourteen, has written an "accessible and effective" nutrition, fitness and lifestyle book entitled Tom's Daily Plan.
The gold-medalist, who will be representing Team GB in the Rio Olympics this August, will have his book published by HQ on the 29th December 2016.
The book will feature 80 "easy-to-prepare" recipes, home workouts and lifestyle tips and will show readers how to train their body and mind to reach their health and fitness goals.
